Logo // Power and Grace Yoga

New Bedford yoga studio Power and Grace Yoga‘s logo is a study in contrasts. Building on owners Andrea DeVeau’s and Neil Cabral’s beliefs in connecting to the beauty and strength of the natural world, I balanced rounded script with block text that stands out against a gold background. The circle motif, symbolizing the human connection with the earth, has a playful, street-art inspired design that links the studio to the community of artists and designers in downtown New Bedford.

Andrea and Neil are certified sound healers, using the vibration of music and percussion to improve mental health and concentration. An alternate logo, with an all-black background, features the additional tagline “Connecting to the Pulse.”
